We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3.4 Shipping and Delivery: Orders for books will be processed and shipped within 7 (seven) days. Orders for woodblock prints will be processed and shipped withing 14 (fourteen) days as it may involve reprinting and curing process. Delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping method selected. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party couriers.
3.5 Taxes and Fees: Any applicable taxes or duties are your responsibility and will be added to your order total during the checkout process.
- Return and Refund Policy
4.1 Return Eligibility: Products may be returned within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
4.2 Refunds: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 (seven) days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4.3 Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at hub@alak.my. We will provide instructions on how to return the product and arrange for a replacement or refund.
